Employee Incentive Programs on Princess Cruises

Princess Cruises

Princess Cruise Incentive Promotions

Unlike land-based incentives, cruises are all-inclusive. The budget is fixed, with few out-of-pocket extras. One price includes meals, entertainment, lodging, airfare, fitness club, most sports, meeting rooms, cancellation insurance, and standard audiovisual equipment.
Sabatini's Italian Restaurant
Included in the price is a web site designed for the promotion of your group. Your guests are able to register for the cruise as well as view the ship, cabin type and other amenities on board. This easy on line registration keeps phone calls and mail to a minimum and the details of your event to a maximum. Corporate and incentive gifts are included so that you can generate enthusiasm for a sales contest or just to congratulate your guests who are attending your cruise event. Unlike land-based packages, a company shore excursion is included in our Princess Cruise incentive package. Choose from a mini golf tournament or a snorkeling adventure, all specifically designed for your company or theme. Included in every incentive package is a private cocktail party, complete with open bar, hot/cold food, and private DJ on the first night of your cruise. More and more companies are joining the ranks of the all-inclusive Princess Cruise incentive.

What qualifies a group as an incentive group?
An incentive group has one corporate sponsor for the entire group.  Individual guests are not permitted to pay for their own cruise.  All payments must be made by corporate check or corporate credit card.  Unlimited name changes are allowed up until the day of departure.  Name changes after documents are issued will have a $50 name change fee.  The corporate sponsor does not need to provide names for the space until 45 days prior to sailing.  This gives you the opportunity to hold space without names while you run a sales contest or decide on who is to be awarded.
